FS Holdings Announces Agreement to Acquire Atlas 46

Atlas 46 to be backed by the same technical innovation and operational discipline trusted by US Special Operations.

ST, LOUIS, MO. (November 12, 2025) – FS Holdings announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire Atlas 46, a leader in textile tool carriage, storage, and organization.  When the transaction is completed, Atlas 46 will join FirstSpear, FirstSpear Technology Group, and Black Crest, becoming an important part of FS Holdings’ multiple markets - common technology strategy and significantly increasing the capabilities of each brand.

As demand for Atlas 46’s premium, American-made gear surged, the company struggled to maintain reasonable delivery times.  Rather than looking offshore and sacrificing the quality and attention to detail Atlas has become known for, the company reached an agreement to be acquired by FS Holdings, allowing them to quickly scale production within the US. As a new core brand in the FS Holdings family, Atlas 46 will be supported by the same no-fail logistics that serve America's elite military operators and first responders, ensuring fulfillment capabilities keep pace with customer demand.  In addition to ending long wait times, Atlas 46 customers will have access to some of the same proprietary technologies FirstSpear customers have proven on the battlefield.

“The demand for our gear has been incredible, and frankly, our rapid growth has led to delivery times that are not up to our standards,” said Brian Carver, President of Atlas 46. “By joining FS Holdings we gain the resources and infrastructure needed to better serve our customers and stay true to our American-made roots. Your gear will arrive quickly, so you can stay on the job.”

The mission-focused discipline driving all FS Holdings brands will be applied to every tool belt, vest, and bag that Atlas 46 builds.  Additionally, FirstSpear customers will benefit from increased access to Atlas 46 items through existing procurement channels, including the US General Service Administration, where Atlas 46’s Berry compliant products are already available for purchase through FirstSpear’s GSA Schedule.

“Whether you’re defending America or building it, your equipment is mission-critical,” said Scott Carver, CEO of FS Holdings. “Like us, Atlas 46 customers are patriots - many even served in the military before joining the trades. By bringing Atlas 46 into the FS Holdings family, we’re aligning two outstanding American-made brands and applying FirstSpear’s battle-proven technology to make equipment lighter, stronger, and smarter, so the people who build this country get the same no-fail performance we deliver to those who protect it.”

Here’s what this means for you:

  • Tougher, Smarter, Lighter Gear. Integration of patented, combat-proven FirstSpear technology and increased R&D capability to enhance strength, improve performance, reduce weight, and add functionality with better interchangeability and rapid-release features.
  • American-Made Durability. Atlas 46 gear will still be proudly made in the USA and backed by a lifetime guarantee.
  • Increased Availability. Significant production scaling will ensure product availability without compromising quality.
