LOUIS, MO – FirstSpear, LLC ("FirstSpear") a leading manufacturer of advanced tactical equipment and personal protective systems, today announced a strategic realignment of its executive leadership team. These changes will streamline product lifecycle management and deepen the company’s focus on its largest and most complex customer initiatives.

Adam Zeiter Promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Products

In a move to centralize leadership over the FirstSpear sales channels, Adam Zeiter has been promoted to Vice President and General Manager of FS-Products. A long-tenured and highly respected member of the FirstSpear staff, Zeiter will now oversee the critical intersection of product strategy and operational execution. 

In this new capacity, Zeiter will be responsible for leadership of sales operations for FirstSpear’s non-SOF product lines. This role ensures that FirstSpear’s commitment to innovation is matched by operational excellence, bringing new technologies to the professional user with greater efficiency.

Ronnie Fowlkes Transitions to Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Ronnie Fowlkes, previously Vice President of Sales, will transition into the role of Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Fowlkes, a former U.S. Marine and St. Louis SWAT officer with over 20 years of industry experience, will focus his subject matter expertise and deep-rooted user knowledge on FirstSpear’s most significant accounts and long-term projects. 

In this focused role, Fowlkes will lead engagement with strategic aligned accounts, ensuring that FirstSpear’s largest partners receive the dedicated SME support required for mission-critical success.
